Collecting your order
Collection is from our Head Kitchen in Sinker Road, Olivedale. There is a security check at the gate and entry has to be approved, so please allow a few extra minutes. A map link, our opening hours and any closed days are on our Delivery & collection page.
Questions about an order
Sign in and open My orders to see each order and where it is. If you need us, send your order number with your message: you will find it in your confirmation email and under My orders.
Something not right with your order? Tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we will sort it out with you.
Events and big orders
Planning a birthday, a year-end function or a family celebration? Ask for a quote on our Events & catering page, or WhatsApp us the date, the number of guests and what you have in mind.

Please tell us before you order. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
