Bite & Delight is home-made food for sharing: platters for the table, cakes for the celebration and desserts to finish on a sweet note. We make everything by hand in our Johannesburg kitchen, in small batches, and only after you order.
Our promise
- Home-made. Cooked and baked by hand in our own kitchen, never mass-produced.
- Fresh on the day. We make your order for the day and time you choose, not days before. That is why some dishes need a little notice: each dish on the menu shows how far ahead to order.
- 100% halal. Everything that leaves our kitchen is halal.

- Platters and finger food for family lunches, office meetings and parties. Choose your meat and how spicy you like it, or build your own platter, dish by dish.
- Celebration cakes for birthdays and big days, with your own message on top.
- Desserts worth saving room for.
- Events and catering for birthday parties, year-end functions and family celebrations. Tell us about your event and we will send you a quote that you can accept online.
Each dish shows how many people it serves, so you know how much to order.
How it works
- Choose what you would like from the menu.
- Pick a day and time that suits you.
- Collect it from us or have it delivered. The checkout shows any delivery fee before you pay.
- Pay online, or with cash or card when you get your order. Some items need a deposit to book your date, and we start preparing once it is paid.
We keep you posted by email, and on WhatsApp if you use it, until your food is ready or on its way.
